## Help with an order

Include your order number (shown on the page after you pay) or the email address you checked out with, so we can find your order right away.

- **Where is my order?** [Find your order](/orders/lookup) with your order number and checkout email; the order page shows each step. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are in our [shipping policy](/policies/shipping).
- **When am I charged?** Your card is authorized when you order and charged when the order ships. See the [terms of service](/policies/terms).
- **Returns and refunds.** Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the items you want to return, and we email you a prepaid label. See the [return policy](/policies/returns).
- **Damaged or wrong item.** Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
- **Package never arrived?** If a package has not arrived, tell us within 30 days of its expected delivery date. We reship it or refund you, and we handle the claim with the carrier.
