## Who you are buying from

Goodshelf is a store brand of Wildcard AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation registered to do business in California (156 2nd St STE 630, San Francisco, CA 94105). Wildcard AI, Inc. is the seller of record for every order: it sells you the product, collects payment, arranges shipping, and handles returns and support. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Wildcard AI, Inc..

## Prices

- Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax.
- Shipping costs are shown before you pay. There are no other fees.
- If a listed price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping, and you can cancel at no cost: we release the hold on your card, or refund you in full if you were already charged.

## Payment: authorized when you order, charged when it ships

- **Cards only.** We accept credit and debit cards, including cards in Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device and browser offer them. We do not accept buy now, pay later, bank payments, or other payment methods. Checkout and payment run on Stripe.
- **Authorized at order.** When you place an order, your card is authorized for the order total shown at checkout. This places a temporary hold on that amount; you are not charged yet. On a debit card, the hold can reduce your available balance until it is charged or released.
- **Charged when it ships.** We charge (capture) the card when your order ships. Your order page shows when that happens.
- **Holds that are never charged are released.** If you cancel before the order ships, or we cannot ship it, we cancel the authorization and the hold is released. If an order has not shipped before the authorization expires (card issuers usually release holds after about seven days), we cancel the order rather than charge you, and we will contact you so you can order again. How quickly a released hold disappears from your statement depends on your card issuer.

## Where we ship

We ship to every US state and Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO), and checkout accepts only those addresses. Delivery times and rates are in our [shipping policy](/policies/shipping).

## Canceling an order

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing hello@goodshelf.com with your order number. We release the hold and you are not charged. Once an order has shipped, our [returns policy](/policies/returns) applies.

## Orders placed by AI assistants

Orders started by an AI assistant or shopping agent on your behalf are treated the same as orders you place yourself, once you complete checkout on Stripe and your card is authorized. The assistant never sees your card details.

## Shipping and returns

Our [shipping policy](/policies/shipping) and [returns policy](/policies/returns) are part of these terms.

## Privacy

Our [privacy policy](/policies/privacy) explains what we collect and how to use your privacy rights.

## Limitation of liability

- Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, where the manufacturer offers one. Apart from that, our returns policy, and any warranty that the law implies and does not allow us to exclude, we sell products as described on their product pages and make no other warranties.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, Wildcard AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or a product bought here, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

## Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them or an order are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of consumer laws that apply where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

## Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update them here with a new "Last updated" date. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
