Do you sell everything you rank?

No. When the right product is one we don't stock, we list it anyway and link to where to buy it; we earn nothing from that link. On this shelf, 73 of 73 are sold by Goodshelf.

What happens if a product doesn't match what we measured?

How do returns work?

Within 30 days, unused, in original packaging: we email a prepaid label. We issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. If you change your mind, the original shipping charge is not refunded, though return shipping is still free and there is no restocking fee. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we refund the original shipping as well. Personal-care items that cannot be resold after opening are final sale once opened. Unopened, they follow the normal 30-day window.
