How we write and check what is on this site
- A labeled byline and a named reviewer. Every guide is written by the Goodshelf editorial team and signed by one of its labeled house desks (an editorial desk, not a person, with no personal credentials claimed) or by a contributor whose credentials we verified. A named person checks each fact against its source before it publishes. Who writes our guides.
- Sources for every claim. Articles list their sources; product pages link every certification and review they cite.
- No fake signals. No invented reviews, ratings, statistics, badges, or certifications. A verification mark appears only when a dated record backs it.
- The same page for everyone. People, search engines, and AI assistants get the same facts. We do not hide text or show crawlers different content.
- Depth over volume. We publish guides at a steady, low pace and do not create pages for every keyword variation. Pages without enough of their own substance are kept out of search indexes until they have it.
